Service Description

This package includes 6- 60 minute coaching sessions. The first session will act as an Initial Assessment, the Follow Up session will provide you with a Meal Plan and the remainder of the sessions will allow for Goal Setting, Accountability, and Nutrition Education all at a rate of $10 less than per session.
